See, they didn't REALLY change derpy's voice. It was a temporal distortion caused by the doctor and his adventure. Something OBVIOUSLY happened in the past, maybe he stopped her from bumping her head and getting REALLY bad derp eyes. The affects of which radiated out through time, changing what Rainbow Dash was SUPPOSED to say but perhaps saving the universe many years in the future.
